Smoking is not allowed.
It is an offence to smoke or knowingly permit smoking on this premises and anyone who breaches this legislation will be fined up to £2,000.
Guests can smoke outside the property, but we are a non smoking guest house.
Whilst we we happily look after you and your friends, we do not allow parties and events to be held within the guesthouse.
We also do not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We request that all guests comply with our quiet hours policy which is between the hours of 22:00 and 07:00 each day. This is to ensure that all guests can enjoy a peaceful nights sleep and wake refreshed. Other guests may have meetings or important business the next day and have chosen our guest house because of this.
